The Portuguese Association for Victim Support (APAV) and FENACERCI conducted a study on how the Portuguese justice system meets the needs of child crime victims with disabilities, especially intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. This assessment is part of the EU-co-funded LINK project, which connects APAV and FENACERCI with European partners to evaluate and improve access to justice for these children. The report addresses barriers they face and the effectiveness of current policies, providing recommendations for better access.
