Victims have the right to have all of their property that was seized by the police during the investigation returned to them.
If you are or you were the victim of a crime and, for example, your clothes contain traces of proof that are important for the investigation, the police may seize them to use as evidence.
Once your goods are no longer needed for the investigation, you have the right to have them sent back. In some cases, you may have to request their return in writing.
