to be heard

During the criminal proceedings, the victim has the right to be heard and to provide information and evidence that may be important for the investigation.

Whenever you have information that you believe to be important, you can, and should, provide it immediately, preferably in writing, to the authority in charge of the criminal proceedings at that time.

APAV can help you exercise this right. Click here to find out where we are and how you can contact us. If you prefer, you can send us a quick message. Click here to send a message.
